Marcus is grinning, too, and although he can't look over at Dan and look for a parking spot at the same time, he knows Dan can see that smile. He thinks they can both come to their own future revelations together and without the help of anything but each other and he also thinks the twisted and pleased smile he's wearing might indicate that, too.

As he slips the truck into a parking spot not far from the restaurant, then puts it in park and turns off the engine, he finally has a chance to properly look over.

"I think if either of us is the true idiot, it might be me," he admits. "But I'm not particularly bothered by that. Not when we're here now." He nods toward the restaurant, then climbs out of the truck and goes around to join Dan on the other side. "Let's have dinner."
